CA Vijay Kalani, Founder & Senior Partner of the Firm, He laid the foundation of the firm in the year 2008 right after he passed and the firm has grown leaps and bounds since then. He is known for Taxation and Financial Management Consultancy Services. He has handled many assignments related to Audit of Corporate, Banks & different entities. He also has good relation with banks and done liaisoning for several Project Finance. His in-depth subject knowledge and working experience has been benefiting clients with the most effective solution. He is one among the few Chartered Accountants who are also Company Secretary (CS) and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
He has also completed his Diploma in Information System Audit, Diploma in Insurance Risk Management (DIRM of ICAI) & Certificate Course of Concurrent Audit and FAFD of ICAI. He is also doing research on his PhD topic “A ROLE OF RISK MANAGEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRENUERS IN NANDED CITY”.
He is currently serving as Vice President of the Tax Practitioner Association of Nanded. He is also the founder Secretary of Nanded Branch of WIRC of ICAI for the year 2013-2014. He was Deputy Convener of Nanded CPE Chapter of WIRC of ICAI for the period 2011-2013 and treasurer of Nanded Chartered Accountant Association for period 2009-2011.
He is currently Nominated as member of Committee on Public & Government Financial Management of WIRC of ICAI for the year 2023-24. He has also served as Member of “CSR Committee" of WIRC of ICAI for the year 2022-23. He has also been nominated as co-opted member of Capacity Building Committee of WIRC for 2015-16, Young Member Empowerment subgroup under PDC of WIRC for 2014-15 & Hostel Committee of WIRC for 2013-14. He has conducted various seminars for Bank Managers on topic like Credit Appraisal, Form 15G & 15H and various recent amendments of TDS having impact on banks. He has also authored books on subjects like Economics, Secretarial Practice and Russian for 12th Standard students.

CA Shivkumar Yerawar, cleared his Chartered Accountancy in his first attempt at all the levels. He stood 10th in HSC BMCC merit list. He stood AIR 6 in ACET exam of Actuaries and Cleared CT 1,2 & 7, papers. He has worked previously in the reputed firm BDOMZSK & Associates (Earlier known as SKJ & Associates), Pune. He is having experience in Government Audits, he has done audits of MSWC, MSEDCL, BSNL and Statutory Audits of Pune based Listed Companies and Statutory Bank Audits.
CA SHRADDHA REKHAWAR

CA Shraddha Rekhawar is a young and dynamic member of ICAI since 2012. She did her expertise in Diploma in System Audit of ICAI and has handled System and Migration Audits of Banks, Corporate Clients and all branches of our firm. She is an alumni of BMCC, Pune and also stood topper of SSC Exam.
She has vast experience in Income Tax, Audit and VAT. She has also handled Internal Audit of a Public Limited Manufacturing Company during her articleship. She has practiced in Pune and Nanded.

CA Suhasini Kakani is a Fellow Member of Institute and passed in 2013. She brings with her years of experience in Direct Taxation, Financial Accounting & Management Training. Suhasini has experience in preparation of MIS, Project Profitability Reports & Audits.

CA Amit Lahoti has expertise in Project Risk Management, Consulting, Process Improvement, Internal and Management Audits. In addition, his expertise has extended to Assurance Services, Attestation Functions and Management Consultancy on Business Processes of Cotton & Ginning industries. He has conducted many assignments for banks for Inventory and Receivable audit of Cotton & Ginning Industries.

CA Ankit Bang qualified in November 2013. He is a young, dynamic & energetic partner of the firm. He has completed Certificate Course on Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from P.N. College & Masters of Commerce from the most reputed college i.e. Yeshwant College. He has also got 7th rank in Commerce Talent Search Exam conducted by SRTMUN. He is associated with Nanded Branch of ICAI as visiting faculty of ITT, Orientation program since 2014 and has successfully conducted several batches.
He is having a good experience of Stock Audit, Statutory Bank Audit, Concurrent Audit, Company formation, Documentation of Income Tax Appeals & Scrutiny Assessment cases. He has conducted Stock Audit of Public limited companies, & done Statutory Audit of SBI, MGB & BOI. He has also done System Audit of Banks.

He has completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit and is perusing Diploma in Information System Audit and Bachelor of Law from Narayanrao Chavan Law College, Nanded.
He is currently Secretary of Nanded Branch of WIRC of ICAI and was Management Committee Member of Nanded Branch of WIRC of ICAI in the year 2021-22.
